A factory-smooth sprayed finish on kitchen and bath cabinetry. Doors degreased, sanded, and sprayed off-site so the grain disappears and the color takes over.

A chip the size of a stamp tells you almost nothing. We brush out full boards in your own paint, stand them against the wall that matters, and come back at a different hour to see what the light did to them. You keep living here while we work. The plan below is what that actually means, day by day, and how your house is looked after in between.
We read the light through the day, agree the palette off brushed-out boards, and write down the sheen for every surface before anyone quotes a number.
Furniture centered and sheeted, floors run with canvas, then the full prep sequence. This is the longest stage and the one you will notice least.
Ceilings, then walls, then trim, in that order for a reason. Two finish coats on everything, with the site tidied and the tools cleared each evening.
We go room to room together, mark anything that needs a touch-up, and leave a written card of every color, sheen, and product used on your house.
Painting quotes are usually a mystery until someone is standing in your hallway. Here is the range most Broadstroke work lands in, so you can decide before you pick up the phone.
Walls, ceiling, and trim in a bedroom or study of ordinary height. Stairwells and double-height rooms are quoted on their own.
A full house repaint including hallways, doors, and all trim. Occupied houses run at the higher end because of the covering and moving.
Wash, scrape, prime, and two coats on one face of the house. South and west faces cost more because they need more repair.
A typical kitchen: doors and drawer fronts sprayed off-site, frames finished in place, new hardware fitted if you want it.

Intervals are illustrative. South-facing exterior faces and rooms with wood heat will always come round sooner than the rest of the house.
